1. General Information

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the pkok11 platform and its users. pkok11 is an online betting and gaming platform providing services to users in Bangladesh.

2. Account Registration

• A strong password

Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and any earned bonuses will be forfeited.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal. You'll need to submit a photo of your National ID or passport. Verification is typically completed within 20–30 minutes.

3. Age Limit & Eligibility

The minimum age to bet on pkok11 is 18. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time.

If it is proven that a minor has opened an account, that account will be immediately closed and all balances and bonuses will be forfeited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Withdrawal

A fully verified account is required to make withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes, with a maximum processing time of 2 hours.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same account used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.
• Daily withdrawal limit: ৳1,00,000.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Welcome Bonus

• 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳5,000.
• Bonuses must be claimed within 72 hours of deposit.
• Wagering Requirement: 5x the total bonus amount.
• Wagering must be completed within 30 days.
• Maximum bonus usage per bet: ৳500.

Weekly Reload Bonus

• Get a 30% reload bonus on every Monday deposit, up to ৳2,000.
• Wagering requirement: 3x.

6. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply when placing bets on pkok11:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Odds in live betting may change at any time.
• Pkok11 reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.
• The maximum payout on a single bet is ৳10,00,000.
• Maximum selections in a system/accumulator bet: 15.

Match Results & Dispute Resolution

All match results are determined based on the official outcomes recognized by international sports governing bodies. Any disputes regarding results must be raised with our support team within 48 hours.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkok11 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using a third-party account.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using bots, automated software, or scripts to place bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial transactions.
• Engaging in fraudulent behavior toward other users.
• Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geographical restrictions.
• Bonus arbitrage or any abuse of the bonus system.

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in permanent account closure, and all balances may be seized.

8. Account Closure

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team via email or live chat. Please make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

Pkok11 may close or suspend any account for the following reasons:

• Breach of Terms & Conditions
• Registration with False Information
• Fraudulent or Deceptive Activity
• KYC Verification Failure
• Extended Inactivity (over 12 months)

9. Limitation of Liability

Pkok11 is not liable for the following:

• Losing a bet due to an internet connection failure.
• Technical issues with third-party payment systems.
• Account information leaked due to the user's own negligence.
• Service disruptions caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, war, etc.).

Betting is a risky activity. Winnings are never guaranteed. Never bet more than you can afford to lose.

10. Changes to Terms

Pkok11 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any major changes via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
